1. Full payment for preorders is required at the time of placing the order, and we only accept payments via PAYNOW.
2. Both our Hot / Frozen Fortune Pen Cai is designated for self-collection only.
3. Collection dates are scheduled from January 26th, 2024, to February 9th, 2024, between 10am and 4pm, (No Saturdays) for all Frozen Fortune Pen Cai.
4. For Hot Fortune Pen Cai, collection date is scheuled only on Eve of CNY, 9 Feb 2024, between 10am and 4pm.
5. Following the successful placement of your preorder, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Additionally, within the next 48 hours, our friendly customer service personnel will reach out to you to ask of your collection date and time.
6. Preorders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, with the exception of situations involving product unavailability or manufacturing defects. In such cases, rest assured that we will promptly notify you and arrange a full refund.
